Program includes:
- Personalized movement assessment to identify areas of imbalance in strength & mobility/flexibility, and to design a training program for your specific needs.
- Weekly strength and conditioning class, (small group training)
- Weekly group running events
Individual assessment: $60 per hour
Small group training: $15 per 1 hour class, or $50 per month
