This program is perfect for new/aspiring runners, or for runners with chronic injuries such as plantar fasciitis, shin splints, knee or back pain, or those just looking to improve their performance.

  • Personalized movement assessment to identify areas of imbalance in strength & mobility/flexibility, and to design a training program for your specific needs.
  • Weekly strength and conditioning class, (small group training)
  • Weekly group running events

Individual assessment: $60 per hour

Small group training: $15 per 1 hour class, or $50 per month
